Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately with full access — no card required. You'll only be asked to pay when the trial ends.

What's included in the free trial?

All features across all plans are available during the 14-day trial so you can evaluate everything before choosing a plan.

Can I add custom document types on Starter?

No. The Starter plan uses the 49+ pre-built system document types (OSHA, RTW, CSCS, food handling and more). Custom types are available on Growth and Pro.

Can I bulk import employees via CSV?

Bulk CSV import is available on Growth and Pro. On Starter, employees are added individually.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

How does billing work?

Monthly subscriptions processed via LemonSqueezy. VAT and GST are handled automatically for US and UK customers.

Is my data secure?

All files are stored encrypted via Supabase Storage. Org data is fully isolated — no cross-tenant access is possible.

What is the Employee Self-Service Portal?

Employees get their own login to view their compliance status, see which documents are missing or expiring, and upload new certifications directly from their phone.
